We were asked by GMP to assist in the search for a vulnerable person who had gone missing earlier in the day. During the middle of our team Casualty Care exam, I received a call to assist an injured mountain biker on the track down from Edale Cross.  Both LandRovers were sent up to him, along with 2 hospital Consultants – the chap could not have chosen a better day to injure himself. He was swiftly assessed and brought back down to base before going off to hospital. The exams then continued.
